Prior to joining iusLab he was an advisor at the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice.

Javier has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and specializes in procedural, corporate and bankruptcy law. It analyzes the case in detail with the client to propose a specific, adapted and strategic solution. Above all, Javier has been providing comprehensive legal advice to national and international companies and institutions for more than fifteen years. He has worked as a parliamentary advisor to the Ministers of Justice and the Presidency and occasionally collaborates with the Council of Europe. He is also a trustee of the Aspacia Foundation and participates in sustainable entrepreneurship projects, such as www.ruralit.es.
